To access the Service, users authenticate via Google. We only receive basic, standard profile information from Google:

• Your email address
• Your name
• Your profile picture URL

This information is used solely to authenticate your identity, manage your credit/Gem balances, and secure your personal account.

2. Cookies & Tracking Tools

We use cookies and similar tools to enhance your experience, track site performance, and gather analytics. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling them may limit some features of our site.

3. Encrypted Processing & Data Retention

We employ strict industry-standard security practices to protect your uploaded content:

• End-to-End Encryption: All uploads and transfers are encrypted in transit using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.
• 24-Hour Automatic Deletion: Uploaded source images (Reference Images) are stored temporarily for immediate GPU processing and are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers/storage within 24 hours of upload.
• Zero Long-Term Retention: We do not retain copies of your uploaded source images beyond the 24-hour processing window.
• User-Generated Content: The resulting AI-generated images are stored securely on your private gallery. You can choose to delete them manually at any time, which immediately and permanently removes them from our databases.

4. Consent Requirements

You are legally and ethically required to obtain explicit consent from any individual before using or uploading their photos as Reference Images. Uploading images of Minors (individuals under the age of 18) is strictly prohibited.

5. No Model Training Policy

We do NOT use your uploaded source images, Reference Images, or any generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve our AI models or third-party models. Your creative content remains completely private and is never harvested for dataset building.

6. Third-Party Sharing & External Links

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• a) With service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., hosting or analytics partners), under strict confidentiality agreements.
• b) If required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or legal process.
• c) To protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our users or the public.
• d) Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply once you leave our platform. We encourage you to review their policies separately.

7. Safe Payment Integration

Transactions for purchasing credits or Gems are conducted safely and securely using Telegram's integrated payment system (Telegram Stars). We do not store or process your financial billing information on our servers.

8. Your Rights & Deletion Request
