1. Acceptance & Consent

By accessing or using Oniundress.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

Consent Requirement: You must have explicit consent from any individual before uploading or using their photos on this website.

2. Definitions

Agreement

Means the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service including any policies or documents incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Statement and Content Policy.

Content

Broadly refers to the information or substance conveyed through various forms of expression, including text, images, audio, video, and other digital media.

Digital Forgery

Means an Intimate Visual Depiction created through technological means.

Gem (Credits)

Refers to a fungible digital token that may be acquired either through purchase using cryptocurrency or via Telegram-integrated services, or by claiming daily allocations through a free collection mechanism, that are used to create, unlock or enhance User Generated Content on the Platform.

Identifiable Individual

Means an individual who appears in whole or in part in a Visual Depiction and whose face, likeness, or other distinguishing characteristics is displayed in connection with such Visual Depiction.

Image

Means both still images

Minor

Means any individual under the age of 18 years.

Non-Consensual Intimate Image (NCII)

Means any Intimate Image or Intimate Visual Depiction of an Identifiable Individual that is Distributed, published or otherwise made available without the individual's knowledge or consent.

Reference Image

Means an Image of a consenting individual that is uploaded by a User to the Service for the purpose of enabling the Program to generate Image based on that individual's person's likeness.

Oniundress

Means the browser based generative AI that transforms User submitted Content (image)

User Generated Content

Means the output of the Program generated solely by a User of the Program based on what they upload and the description of the image they input.

3. Prohibited Content & Uses

You may not use the Service to generate, host, download, or share:

• Any Content involving a Minor (individuals under 18 years old). Uploading images of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access and potential reporting to law enforcement.
• Any Non-Consensual Intimate Image (NCII) or Digital Forgery created without the explicit consent of the Identifiable Individual.
• Content that constitutes harassment, defamation, stalking, or target victimization.
• Any other illegal material under applicable local, national, or international laws.

4. Encrypted Processing & Data Retention

All uploads are encrypted end-to-end. We prioritize user privacy and ethical usage. Uploaded source images (Reference Images) are kept only for immediate processing and are permanently deleted within 24 hours of upload. We maintain zero long-term data retention on your source uploads.

5. Credits, Gems & Payments

All credit purchases are conducted via safe and secure payment integrations, including Telegram Stars. Credit packages represent a single-use license for AI generation. Purchases are final and non-refundable. Free or daily promotional allocations of credits may be suspended or modified at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate third-party tools or link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing their terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from error.
